Why We Want You?

We are looking for someone to:

  • Manage all adoption enquiries from the public
  • Ensure adherence to the charity’s homecheck requirements
  • Co-ordinate adoption activity, including public visits to rescue hubs & deliveries to adopter’s new homes
  • Co-ordinate Bonding support

Where?

This is predominantly a home-based role, allowing all admin to be completed online.  There will be a requirement for regular visits to our Lenzie Rescue Hub (G66 postcode area) to conduct adoption appointments, although there are other members of the team who can also share responsibility for these appointments.

Regular management committee meetings are also required.

When?

As required.



Commitment:

Part-time equivalent, estimated to be approximately 1 hour each day. Minimum commitment of 12 months due to Management Responsibility.



Other Notes:

This role forms part of the charity’s Management Team, and includes a commitment to a regular management team meeting which will be held during evenings / weekends.  Current estimated frequency of meetings is one meeting every 4-6 weeks, with regular contact via telephone/online in between meetings.
